Kondensstreifen alias 'Chemtrails'

Der heute RSS vom Kristall hat mich nun endgültig mal animiert ein paar Gedanken zu formulieren, die mir im Grunde schon lange auf der Seele liegen.

Gegen Chemtrails was zu sagen hat ja schon fast die Dimension wie dafür. Wie im realen der VT-Stempel kommt bezieht man auch hier tw. unschöne Kommentare.

Es störte mich immer schon was, was Chemtrails [CT] angeht. Vielerorts wird ge- und beschrieben, alles was im Himmel ist, versprüht. In diesem Zusammenhang habe ich mir mal die Frage der Logistik gestellt. Im Kerosin enthalten? Eine Variante. Extra versprüht? Zusatztanks? Die beladen werden müssen, Piloten die den Knopf betätigen, und wo soll der Tank dann sein?

China issues warning for super-typhoon Songda

China’s meteorological authority issued an alert on Thursday for the super typhoon nicknamed “Songda” as it moves near the country’s southern coast, bringing strong winds and large waves.

Songda, the second typhoon this year, will cause high winds in the country’s southern seas over the next 24 hours, said China’s National Meteorological Center (NMC), which issued an orange alert for strong winds at 6 p.m.

By 10 a.m. Thursday, Songda was heading for the northeastern side of the main Philippine island of Luzon at a speed of 15 to 20 kilometers per hour with winds near the center reaching 52 meters per second, said the NMC in a statement.

Bei einem schweren Tornado im US-Bundesstaat Missouri sind mindestens 30 Menschen ums Leben gekommen. Der Wirbelsturm habe schwere Verwüstungen in der Stadt Joplin angerichtet, sagte der Gerichtsmediziner Mark Bridges vor Ort.

Die Behörden befürchten, dass die Zahl der Toten noch deutlich steigt. “Wir haben von etwa 100 Toten gehört, aber noch ist die Lage sehr unübersichtlich”, ergänzte Bridges gegenüber der Nachrichtenagentur Reuters.

Besonders betroffen ist die Stadt Joplin im Jasper County. Wie die örtliche Zeitung “News Leader” berichtete, kamen allein dort mindestens 24 Einwohner ums Leben. Das Unwetter zog offenbar mitten durch das Stadtzentrum und richtete dort gewaltige Schäden an.

A severe drought has pushed down the water levels in the middle section of Yangtze River, China’s largest, to near record low, local authorities said Saturday.

The water levels in the section between Yichang in the central province of Hubei and Jiujiang in the eastern province of Jiangxi were 2.5 to 5.6 meters lower than average levels, the Hubei provincial flood control and drought relief headquarters said in a statement.

The more down the section, the bigger the gap with average water levels, it said.

The water levels between Wuhan, capital of Hubei, and Jiujiang, were near the all-time low.

The headquarters have asked the operator of the Three Gorges Dam in Yichang to release more water to boost the water levels in the downstream and help ease the drought.

A deadly tornado stretching a mile wide tore through downtown Tuscaloosa, Ala., on Wednesday evening, destroying homes and buildings and bringing further damage to a region already battered by storms.

Across the state, at least 25 people were killed by storms on Wednesday alone, said Valerie Hayes, a spokeswoman for the Alabama Emergency Management Agency. But that number did not include any deaths from Tuscaloosa, where 15 people were confirmed dead by the mayor’s office and 100 were said to be injured, The Tuscaloosa News reported. Earlier in the day, with the damage spreading and the death toll rising, Gov. Robert Bentley declared a state of emergency. And The Associated Press reported that across the South, storms Wednesday killed 11 people in Mississippi, two in Georgia and one in Tennessee.
